- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible practice! They don't care about people. Their internet is never working in elburn and they can never take payment for copays. Then they get mad you didn't pay it..then they send bills in wrong persons name...then they send nasty letters. They keep you waiting in waiting area for hours sometimes. A office person named Janelle is very rude and not good at talking to people. It's a shame the practice is so horrible with how they treat people because I liked my Dr and nurse..hope to find them at a different medical group one day..stay away if you care how you will be treated!August 27, 2017by Jodi Poling
